How is
my money spent?
100% of the children’s sponsorship
monies are used to feed, clothe,
house, provide medical care and
educate the children who live
at Jireh Children’s Center
and for those that travel daily
to the center for school. Your
money is combined with all of
our monetary resources to provide
for all the children living at
Jireh Children’s Center.
How is my child chosen?
You can choose to sponsor
a boy, or you can choose to
sponsor
a girl, or you can choose
to have a child assigned to you.
Our website has the children waiting
for someone to sponsor them.
How can I contact my
sponsored child?
We encourage you to write your
child as often as possible. The
children will correspond with
their sponsors twice a year. When
you receive your packet with the
information on your sponsored
child, you will receive instructions
on sending your child sponsorship
donation and how to send mail
to your child. We also encourage
you to come and meet your child.
There are several mission teams
who make the journey every year
to spread love and joy of Jesus
to these children.
How long is my commitment
to this child?
This question is one for you to
pray about. Our request is for
you to make a one year commitment.
Children receive an education
through high school, and some
of these children will continue
their education at a university
or train for a vocation. We encourage
our sponsors to stay with their
child as they progress into becoming
self supportive.
What happens if my child
leaves Jireh Children’s
Center?
If your child moves away and no
longer receives the services of
Jireh Ministries, you will be
notified and you may choose another
child.
What will I receive when
I sponsor a child?
Besides the joy in your heart,
when you sponsor a child, you
will receive a photo of your child
along with their name, date of
birth, schooling, and personality.
